What we collect.

When you sign up to the Fetch waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your city and country
• Why you're interested in Fetch

Your chat messages are stored on our private servers so your pet can remember everything about you. To generate replies, they're also processed by our AI provider (currently Google Gemini or Anthropic). We don't sell or share this data.

What we don't do.

We don't track you across other sites. We don't use ad pixels. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties.

Why we collect this.

To know who's interested, to email you when we launch, and to understand which cities and countries to focus on first.

How long we keep it.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut Fetch down. If we shut down, we delete everything.

Your rights.

Ask us to delete your data and we will.

Cookies.

We don't set tracking cookies. Your browser uses local storage to remember your pet and chat across visits. That data never leaves your device unless you submit a form.
